Road safety message delivered to St. Patrickís & St. Brigidís College pupils thumbnailPupils from St Patrickís & St Brigidís College, Claudy watch a re-enactment of a road traffic collision during the Road Safety presentation held at the school.

YEAR 12 pupils at St Patrick's & St Brigid's College in Claudy participated in a Road Safety presentation recently, facilitated by PSNI's Road Traffic Branch, The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and The Northern Ireland Fire Brigade.
The roadshow imparted a very powerful and hard hitting message on road safety and pupils were asked to discuss the message they gained from the presentation and how it will impact on their future choices.
After the mid-term break, pupils will take part in a debriefing exercise in their PSE class.
Year 12 pupils Cathal Kerlin, Rian McLaughlin and Kerrie Feeney are to be commended for accepting the daunting challenge of playing the role of underage driver, injured passenger and fatality in the road show.
