Dungiven Sports Complex opens its doors thumbnailReady for the game at the Family Fun Day at Dungiven Sports Complex on Saturday.

A new multi-million pound sports facility in Dungiven is now open to the public.
The facility, located on the Curragh Road, was funded by the former Department for Culture, Arts and Leisure and Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council.
The completion of the project was marked by a Family Fun Day on Saturday. The event gave the local community an opportunity to view the state-of-the art building.
The complex features a range of indoor and outdoor facilities, including a gym, sports hall, dance studio, changing rooms, a kitchen and a floodlit 3G pitch.
The Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, Alderman Maura Hickey said: "I'm sure this new building will become a focal point for the local community.
“Exercise and physical activity are so important to our overall well-being, and the completion of this project signifies Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council's commitment to providing facilities which contribute to this."
