Adam O’Kane leads the way in impressive Glack victory thumbnail

GLACK are emerging as a team that will make a serious impact on all junior competitions this year.
While their winning margin of eight points may have been a bit harsh on the efforts of Magilligan, there was no denying that they were the better team for much of a very entertaining game.
Adam O'Kane, the winners' right half forward, was the smallest player on the field but for sheer heart, speed and skill, he had few equals. It was his last minute goal that put the seal on an eventually comprehensive victory.
The sun shone brightly from the heavens and the playing field looked a picture but this is Magilligan. A bitterly cold wind had the considerable number of spectators shivering and even forcing some to view the proceedings from their cars. A few others kept warm with their vocal support.
Magilligan were minus a few regulars and this affected the balance of their team, however they never gave up. They failed to take advantage of the first half breeze and paid the penalty.
