Ballyspallen to face Donemana in Senior Cup final thumbnailMcCloskey knocks up the runs for Ballyspallen 2nds against Drummond 2nds at the weekend.

BALLYSPALLEN and Donemana will face off in the Bank of Ireland Senior Cup Final after both teams recorded wins at the weekend.
Donemana booked their place in the final with an emphatic 113-run win over Bready at Magheramason while Ballyspallen saw off Fox Lodge in the other semi final by beating them by 141 runs.
Ricky-Lee Dougherty's men will now be red-hot favourites to claim a record-equalling sixth cup win in a row in that two-innings decider at Beechgrove, especially given that one of the Roe Valley men's star pupils, Graham Kennedy, will miss his club's historic big day due to his involvement in the under-19 World Cup.
The teenager cut a dejected figure in the home changing room after their 141-run win on Saturday given that he will be in Jersey with the Ireland side when his team-mates lock horns with the North West cup kings, but he certainly did his bit to get them there.
The home side showed great fight early on following the loss of Ian Crown in the opening overs as Craig Averill and Stephen Kennedy saw them through to 60 before the latter was dismissed for 32. Averill then teamed up with Graham Kennedy to add 85 more for the third wicket by which time the belief in the home camp was there for all to see.
