Something for everyone at Limavady Grammar open night thumbnailEllen, Chloe and Eve demonstrating pottery at the Limavady Grammar School open night.

ON Thursday January 18, Limavady Grammar School opened its doors to eager, prospective primary school pupils and their families for its annual open night. It was a great opportunity for those interested in joining the school to see what's on offer, to meet the Principal, the teachers, and most of all, the pupils. What followed next was a fantastic night for all those in attendance.
Guests first began arriving at 6.30pm and were greeted by senior prefects before being given a copy of the school prospectus, maps and name badges.
With some degree of trepidation, the current Year 8 pupils then ushered the guests into either the Principal's presentation or the assembly hall where they were treated to Irish dancing and drama performances as well as a fantastic musical display from the traditional music group, one of the musicians being the current Head Boy, Christopher McKee.
