WSBK heading to Northern Ireland in 2019

The World Superbike Championship is heading to Northern Ireland in 2019 as part of a three-year deal. Jonathan Rea (pictured) has welcomed the news.
WORLD Superbike boss Daniel Carrera has penned a deal that will bring the competition to Northern Ireland for the first time in the sport's history.
Northern Ireland will join a list of host nations that currently includes Australia, Thailand, Spain, Holland, Italy, England, Czech Republic and Qatar.
The Irish round of the WSBK will be staged at the £34m Lake Torrent Circuit, which is currently under construction in Coalisland in County Tyrone.
Many of the Championship's top riders - including triple champion Jonathan Rea - have welcomed the news which is worth millions to the economy.
