More to come from Nicole

Limavady Titans Kickboxing team member Nicole Duffy took part in a recent fight night and won the runners-up trophy, Nicole is pictured with Titans chief coach Willie Lowry.
LOCAL kickboxer Nicole Duffy recently travelled to Sligo with her instructor Willie Lowry to compete in her first ring show.
This is where fighters are paired off according to weight, and competition takes place in a Boxing Ring.
Nicole, who is 11, is the current Northern Ireland W.K.A. Champion and Republic of Ireland W.A.K.O champion, but on this day a contentious judging decision would deny her a memorable victory.
Fighting in Two, 2 minute rounds, Nicole was 1 point ahead as the first round ended and going into the last ten seconds of the second round the fight was all-square. Unfortunately, at the bell her opponent stole the bout by scoring a debated last second point. The centre referee ruled that no score had been registered, but was over-ruled by both outside referees, meaning that Nicole lost out by a singe point.
After the match Nicole said she was not too disappointed in defeat as she said she was happy with her own performance. Coach Willie Lowry told The Northern Constitution: " Nicole is one of the top junior female fighters in her age and weight category in Ireland, she has a huge future in the sport, and has the potential to be a World Champion somewhere down the line.
“She fought well here and was unlucky in the end, but she will learn from this and get better."
